The team at Pale Blue Dot are a joy to work with. Their passion, creativity and enthusiasm for what they do are infectious, and they helped refocus and reinvigorate not only our brand but also our team’s passion for it.

”Claire Bacon, Marketing Manager — Titanic Belfast

Challenge

Eight years after launch, the brand had fragmented. Sub-brands had proliferated, visuals had drifted, and the story no longer matched the world-class experience inside. The challenge was to modernise without losing authenticity.

Strategy

After a full brand audit and stakeholder workshops, we uncovered what still held and what needed to change. Rather than a cosmetic refresh, we rebuilt from a clear new purpose: To enthral, educate and inspire the world by telling Titanic's true story.

Identity

A new visual system drawn from the building's own architecture and the colours of the ship itself. New typography, photography direction and messaging guidelines unified every sub-brand under one clear, confident story, reviving internal pride alongside global perception.

Outcome

A brand worthy of what it represents and a team re-energised around a shared sense of purpose.
